What types of interventions do you handle, and how quickly?

Wifi and internet boxes, printers, slow or frozen devices, data recovery and most common issues with phones, tablets or computers. I usually intervene the same day.

Is the intervention done at my home, or do I need to bring in the device?

Always in person — I come to your home, or you're welcome to come to mine if that's more convenient for you.

How much does it cost?
▾
A private lesson costs CHF 80 and a group workshop costs CHF 150. Device setup is charged CHF 60 per hour and repair CHF 80 per hour. Valuable promotions are available in the Pricing section.

What should I bring?
▾
Simply bring your smartphone, tablet or computer. If you have a specific problem, we will take the time to solve it together.

Where do lessons and interventions take place?
▾
Private lessons and repair/setup interventions take place at your home, or at a location of your choice in the canton of Geneva. Group workshops usually take place in retirement homes or community centres.

How can I book an intervention or a lesson?

Who are the lessons for?
▾
The lessons are mainly for seniors who want to learn how to use their smartphone, tablet or computer in a simple way and at their own pace. No prior knowledge is required.

Do I need to already know how to use my phone?
▾
No, not at all. The lessons are adapted for complete beginners. We can start with the basics: calls, messages, photos and apps.

How long does a lesson last?

Private lessons last 1 hour and group workshops 1 hour 30 minutes. Setup and repair are charged by the hour, based on the time actually spent.

Can I offer a lesson as a gift?
▾
Yes, lessons can be offered as a gift for birthdays, Christmas or other occasions.

How many people attend the workshops?
▾
Workshops are organised in small groups of 5 to 10 people so everyone can ask questions and practise.

Can I get help with a specific problem?
▾
Yes. Private lessons are entirely adapted to your needs: WhatsApp, photos, apps, online safety… Come with your own topic.
